Cancellations
Please call 48 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment.

“No shows” will be rescheduled at our discretion and charged 1/2 the price of the scheduled service.

Payment
We accept cash, major credit cards, and Bitcoin. Please note that gift certificates are valid for the recipient named on the certificate only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

For multiple services or package bookings, 50% of the price of all services must be paid in advance as a deposit and we require a 5-day notice for cancellation. For short cancellations (less than 5 days prior to the day of the appointment) your deposit cannot be refunded.

For Your Safety and Ours
We endeavor to create a peaceful atmosphere at Abbinito. While you are receiving a service, you will not be able to provide “hands on” supervision for your children. For their safety, and everyone else's peace of mind, please do not bring your children to the salon during your appointment; unless, they are receiving a service.

We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to receiving any services, so that we may meet your individual needs without interfering with any medical issues that you may have.

Return Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with a product that you bought from us, we will unconditionally exchange the item or refund your money. If the purchase was made with a credit card, then your credit card account will be credited.

Sanitary Practices
Your health and safety are important to us. We sanitize implements and equipment with hospital grade disinfectants and cleaners that are fungicidal, germicidal, pseudomonacidal, virucidal (including the AIDS virus), bactericidal, tuberculocidal, and staphylocidal.
